SCI performs the following as part of its project management methodology:

• Maintain communication with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Define scope and initiate projects to manage costs and schedules to ensure success.
• Manage all subcontractors and their project managers.
• Provide reports to customer and company management.
• Coordinate and oversee all conference calls with minutes for projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed Microsoft Project Plan and Excel Spreadsheets throughout project.
• Approve all invoices related to projects.
